Known for his gift of gab and magnetic personality, Hunter is the go-to guide for vacation rental owners looking to maximize their investment and feel supported every step of the way.

With a degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and over 20 years of business experience under his belt, Hunter is more than just the friendly face—he’s the financial brainpower behind the operation. A former licensed financial advisor with Merrill Lynch and Regions Bank, he’s a total numbers guy with a sharp eye for growth, profitability, and strategic planning. If it involves spreadsheets or smart business moves, Hunter’s already on it.

Before co-founding BEACHBALL, he cut his teeth in his family’s successful industrial construction company, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, operations, and client relationships. Today, he brings all that and more to BEACHBALL’s thriving portfolio of 350+ properties.

He lives in Orange Beach with his wife Ginger (aka the Boss), their two awesome kids, Lowery and Tenn, and their beloved dogs, Daisy and Rosie. When he’s not closing deals or cracking jokes, you’ll find him boating, watching Alabama football, or volunteering with the Kiwanis Club of Gulf Shores, the GUMBO PAC, and the ACRE program at UA.

Ginger is the brains, the heart, and the beauty behind BEACHBALL PROPERTIES. As co-founder and in-house legal whiz, she’s helped grow the company from a bold idea into a powerhouse of over 350 vacation rentals along the Gulf Coast. Her secret sauce? A sharp legal mind, a creative spirit, and a serious knack for branding, social media, and making local businesses shine.

A double threat academically, Ginger holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Alabama (yes, she bleeds crimson) and a Juris Doctorate from Ole Miss. When she’s not managing contracts or company strategy, she’s the voice behind Girls on the Gulf—a vibrant community promoting the best of the Gulf Coast. She also runs several thriving Facebook groups with a combined 110,000+ members, keeping both locals and visitors in the loop on everything from hidden gems to hot deals.

Ginger is deeply committed to giving back. She served as the 2023–2024 President of the Pleasure Island Junior Woman’s Club, helps lead events like the Baldwin Art for Heart Gala (which raised over $310,000 for the American Heart Association!), and sits on The University of Alabama’s College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Leadership Board. She’s also an industry thought leader, regularly speaking at conferences, appearing on podcasts, and serving as an advisory board member for The 100 Collection. Oh—and did we mention she co-wrote a book?

At home in Orange Beach, Ginger juggles life as a business leader, community advocate, wife to Hunter, and mom to their two amazing kids, Lowery and Tenn. Her favorite titles? Mama, Entrepreneur, and Gulf Coast Hype Woman.

Meet Bob—the calm, steady compass guiding all things real estate at BEACHBALL PROPERTIES. With over 25 years of experience as a broker and a deep knowledge of the coastal market, Bob leads BEACHBALL REAL ESTATE with integrity, expertise, and a no-nonsense approach that clients and colleagues love.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Bob earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and completed graduate studies at LSU. He brings a unique mix of discipline, education, and Southern hospitality to everything he does—whether it’s closing deals or coaching new agents.

Bob lives in Gulf Shores with his wife Kathy—who everyone agrees is the real boss of the operation. Together, they’ve built a beautiful life filled with six kids, 13 grandchildren, and one loyal Black Lab named Delta. When he’s off the clock, you’ll probably find him boating, fishing, or captaining something—he even holds a USCG 100-Ton Masters License, because of course he does.

Meet Phillip—the mastermind behind the madness at BEACHBALL PROPERTIES and the guy who somehow makes sense of it all. As Chief Operations Officer (and unofficial Chaos Coordinator), Phillip tackles the unexpected with gritty determination, relentless creativity, and a perfectly timed dose of snark that keeps the team both laughing and on their toes.

A U.S. Army Veteran with a degree in Engineering from the University of Georgia, Phillip brings serious problem-solving chops and a hands-on, no-fluff approach to everything he touches. He’s our resident McGyver—able to fix just about anything with a zip tie, duct tape, and a sideways smirk. Whether it’s a fast fix, a clever workaround, or a full-on rebuild, Phillip’s already halfway done before most people finish asking, “What happened?”

He oversees the upkeep and maintenance of our 350+ vacation rental properties along the Gulf Coast, along with the BEACHBALL CLEANING facility. From busted locks to building systems, Phillip keeps the physical side of BEACHBALL running like a machine—with just a little bit of chaos and a whole lot of attitude.

Phillip also has a unique way of connecting with our vacation homeowners—his mix of quick wit, straight talk, and dry humor instantly puts people at ease. Clients appreciate his no-nonsense approach, backed by genuine care and an uncanny ability to solve problems before they even finish explaining them.

When he’s not troubleshooting the unfixable, you’ll find Phillip building LEGO sets, collecting bizarre trinkets, admiring graffiti art and monkey paintings, or obsessing over his legendary sock and shoe collection. From glow-in-the-dark gators to pizza-patterned crew socks, his footwear is half conversation starter, half fashion rebellion—and 100% Phillip.

Phillip lives in Foley with his wife Kristina—our amazing Mama of the BEACHBALLERS. Together, they’ve built a full life with three sons, one granddaughter, and two loyal dogs. If he’s not fixing something, fishing, or offering a perfectly-timed sarcastic comment, he’s probably doing all three at once—while wearing flamingo socks.

Brandy brings more than 20 years of powerhouse experience in sales and marketing to BEACHBALL PROPERTIES, where she leads with fearless creativity, strategic vision, and a natural flair for shaking things up. A proud graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), she’s known for thinking far outside the box—actually, she ditched the box years ago.

Driven by instinct, insight, and a whole lot of grit, Brandy thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where change is constant and creativity is currency. Whether she’s launching a brand campaign, brainstorming a bold new promo, or pivoting strategy mid-stride, Brandy acts fast, thinks big, and always takes ownership of the outcome.

Her approach to marketing is fearless, fast-moving, and unapologetically original. A self-assured problem solver with a sharp eye for innovation, she has a knack for turning strategy into story and bold ideas into bottom-line results. Known for blending analytical insight with magnetic communication, Brandy builds strong collaborations, inspires her team, and takes the kind of smart, calculated risks others wouldn’t dare. She’s not just a marketer—she’s a force.

Outside the office, Brandy lives life with the same energy she brings to her work—whether she’s exploring new destinations, diving into a good book, cheering on her favorite team, or spending time with her friends, family, and beloved pups Poco Sue & Lily Blu. She’s a firm believer in finding inspiration everywhere—and making the most of every moment.

Jennifer is the powerhouse behind the sparkle at BEACHBALL PROPERTIES. With over 20 years of experience in the vacation rental industry—and a reputation for setting the gold standard in housekeeping, operations, and quality assurance—Jennifer leads the BEACHBALL CLEANING division with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of know-how.

After earning her BA from the University of West Florida, Jennifer launched a thriving real estate career, quickly becoming one of the top agents in the Destin/30A area. But it wasn’t long before she saw an opportunity to make a bigger impact—behind the scenes. She began consulting for large vacation rental agencies, helping them streamline systems and raise their operational game. Since then, she’s played a vital role in shaping high-performing teams in Destin/30A, Panama City Beach, and now, the Alabama Gulf Coast.

Jennifer is known for her hands-on leadership, her high standards, and her deep dedication to creating flawless guest experiences across BEACHBALL’s 350+ homes. She believes that true hospitality is in the details—and she’s built her career on getting them right, every time.

But beyond the operations and checklists, Jennifer is a beach-loving adventurer with a big heart. She spends her downtime traveling and enjoying the outdoors with her two sons, always looking for the next memory to make or sunset to chase. Whether she’s rolling up her sleeves at the laundry facility or planning her next getaway, Jennifer brings passion, precision, and positivity to everything she does.

Meet Cory—our calm, solutions-focused leader who ensures vacation rental owners feel supported, informed, and confident. As Director of Owner Relations & Program Management at BEACHBALL PROPERTIES, Cory brings a steady hand, thoughtful strategy, and a deep commitment to owner satisfaction. With over a decade of corporate leadership experience at Fortune 500 and Global 50 companies—and an Executive MBA from the University of Alabama—Cory knows how to blend big-picture thinking with day-to-day care.

He’s also a licensed REALTOR®, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both real estate and vacation rental success. Leading the Owner Relations team, Cory focuses on clear communication, personalized support, and maximizing property performance.

Cory and his wife Janine relocated to the Gulf Coast three years ago with their family and have loved calling this welcoming community home. Whether he’s building relationships with owners or refining strategic programs, Cory is all about creating smooth, successful experiences—every step of the way.

Jeremy is the numbers ninja behind the scenes at BEACHBALL PROPERTIES, where he expertly navigates the ever-changing tides of vacation rental pricing. As Revenue Manager, he’s responsible for optimizing rates across our 350+ properties—and trust us, nobody rides the waves of supply, demand, and seasonal trends better.

A U.S. Army Veteran who honorably served in Iraq, Jeremy brings the same discipline and focus to revenue management that he brought to his military service. He earned his associate degree in Accounting from Pensacola State College and has spent over a decade sharpening his skills in the vacation rental industry. From analyzing market trends to crafting smart promotional deals, Jeremy keeps BEACHBALL competitive, profitable, and ahead of the curve.

A lifelong resident of Baldwin County, Jeremy lives with his wife Kayla, their adorable daughter Kellie, and their pups—Heidi and Stella. When he’s not forecasting revenue or fine-tuning our rate strategy, you’ll probably find him planning his family’s next Disney adventure.

Shannon is the organizational backbone of BEACHBALL PROPERTIES, keeping the office running smoothly and making sure we never run out of the essentials (or the good coffee). As Office & Purchasing Manager, she oversees everything from supply orders to team support—always a step ahead and ready with a solution.

With over a decade of experience in the vacation rental and hospitality industry, Shannon brings a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service. Born and raised right here on the Alabama Gulf Coast, she’s proud to help guests feel at home in a place that’s always been home to her.

When she’s not keeping the BEACHBALL crew in check, Shannon is all about family. She and her husband Stephen have been happily married for 10 years, and their daughter Gabby is currently pursuing her degree in Pharmacy (go, Gabby!). Outside of work, Shannon loves crafting, reading, and spending quality time with her loved ones—preferably with a DIY project in hand.

Whether she’s coordinating office operations or adding a personal touch to guest experiences, Shannon approaches every day with heart, dedication, and a whole lot of local love.

Kristina is the heart of BEACHBALL PROPERTIES—our finder of all things and the one who keeps us (and our numbers) in line. As our Accounting Lead, she keeps the back office running like a well-oiled machine. Kristina handles accounts payable, receivables, payroll, invoicing, and benefit onboarding for the entire team—including insurance, retirement plans, and more. She’s also the right-hand woman to our CEO, Hunter Harrelson, serving as his Executive Assistant and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. But beyond the spreadsheets, she’s also known as “Mama of the BEACHBALLERS”—the one who always knows what’s needed, when it’s needed, and where to find it.

A proud U.S. Army Veteran, Kristina brings a sense of dedication to everything she does. Whether she’s managing the books, prepping for an event, or just making sure the team is taken care of, she does it all with heart.

She lives in Foley with her husband Phillip—our Chief of Controlled Chaos—and together they share a full, happy life with their three sons, one granddaughter, and two beloved dogs. When she’s off the clock, Kristina loves being on the boat, fishing, spending time with her family… and collecting quirky toys (the odder, the better). She’s also obsessed with sloths—slow, sweet, and a little weird… just like her favorite kinds of fun.

H2, which he is affectionately referred too since he’s the second Hunter at BEACHBALL, is the steady hand behind every property transition at BEACHBALL PROPERTIES. As The Property Lifeguard, he manages the onboarding and off-boarding of homes in our portfolio, ensuring each one is set up correctly, thoroughly documented, and ready for success.

With a background in customer service since 2012 and vacation rental industry experience since 2017, H2 understands the importance of clear communication and operational consistency. He earned his associate degree in Business Administration from Faulkner State University and has lived on the Alabama Gulf Coast since 2005.

H2 takes pride in doing the job right and making sure nothing slips through the cracks during critical transitions. Owners know they can count on him to be detailed, dependable, and direct.

Outside of work, H2 enjoys fitness, motorcycle riding, camping, board sports, and spending time with his dog, Trooper. He’s also interested in technology, cars, and relaxing with a good movie or show.

Lori brings years of experience connecting with people from all over the world to the BEACHBALL team and she does it with a smile. After nearly a decade at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International and time studying in Munich, Lori is fluent in German and a natural when it comes to communication, relationships, and making people feel right at home.

Though she’s traveled far and wide, the Alabama Gulf Coast is her favorite place to be, and she’s thrilled to now call it home. With a bubbly, positive, outgoing, and cheerful personality and a strong belief that the little things matter Lori is one of the friendly points of contact for our owners, helping keep them informed, supported, and confident in their partnership with BEACHBALL PROPERTIES.

When she’s not connecting with owners, Lori loves staying active with tennis, pickleball, hiking at Graham Creek, and spending time with her rescued pups—Espresso, Tallulah, and Tegan.

Kim is the organizational powerhouse behind keeping BEACHBALL maintenance operations running smoothly and on schedule. As Maintenance Coordinator, Kim serves as Phillip’s project manager—overseeing workflows, tracking projects, and keeping the maintenance team aligned, efficient, and accountable.

Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Kim brings true Cajun flair to everything she does. She studied Human Resources at SNHU and relocated to Gulf Shores two years ago with her husband, two teenage sons—Taelon and Zyss—and their three dogs. Known around the office as the Ragin’ Cajun Coordinator, Kim is famous for color-coordinating everything and is rarely far from a can of Tony Chachere’s seasoning—because a little spice makes everything better.

When she’s not keeping projects in line, Kim loves spending time with her family, cooking authentic Cajun food, learning random bits of history, and discovering all that beach life has to offer. Her sharp eye for detail, leadership mindset, and vibrant personality make her an essential part of the BEACHBALL PROPERTIES team.

Hannah brings fresh ideas, creative energy, and a whole lot of spark to the BEACHBALL life online. As Marketing Coordinator and Assistant to the CMO, she plays an integral role on the marketing team—supporting campaigns, keeping content flowing, and helping bring the brand to life across every platform.

Known as our Creative Spark Sidekick, Hannah loves all things content, creativity, and keeping up with the latest trends. From dreaming up fun campaigns to crafting scroll-stopping posts, she’s always finding new ways to help BEACHBALL PROPERTIES connect with our guests and community in a way that feels genuine and exciting.

When she’s not creating content, Hannah is a proud mama to her little boy, Cohen—her entire world. Her enthusiasm, imagination, and team-first mindset make her a key part of what keeps our marketing fresh, fun, and full of BEACHBALL personality.
